Today's Word: Isaiah 40:31

Are you waiting for a blessing from the Lord? I am. For almost four years now, I'm eagerly waiting for a prayer to be answered. Sometimes, I get impatient and lose hope. Other times, I'm ready to give up. I would think maybe, it's not for me, maybe God did not want this thing for me. But in those times that I told Him I was giving up praying for such a blessing, He would orchestrate circumstances that would put me back on track. After that happened a few times, I understood. What I'm praying for, God wants to give
me - only, it was not yet the right time. So what am I supposed to do? Wait. Continue to hope, pray and believe. After finally realizing God's will, He would give me
the patience and strength to carry on.
Do you find yourself in the same situation as mine? Are you losing hope because
the answer to your prayer has taken too long? Take heart! God is
faithful and He will deliver! So hold on and continue to pray,
believing that in the Lord's perfect timing, your blessing
will come and the wait is going to be worth it!
God bless you today.

Today's Word: Romans 12:12

I've been praying for something, a family blessing, for almost two years now. Although I get discouraged at times, my hope props me up. I know God will not fail me, but answer my prayer in His right time, which is the perfect time. In Jesus, I have hope, knowing that nothing is impossible to Him. I know for sure, too, that He loves my family even more than I do and He also desires to give us that blessing. If today you are weighed down by trouble, listen to what the apostle Paul says in his letter to the Romans. Anchor your hope upon our Lord Jesus. If He doesn't immediately grants your request, justhold on to that hope and have patience. Keep on praying and you will receive what you have hoped for in God's time.
The Lord bless you today.

Today's Word: Romans 12:12

Patience. I used to have little of it. When I wanted something, I gotta have it quick. As a baby Christian, having patience was one of the first things the Lord taught me. Today, more than a year later, I'm still learning, bit by bit. But looking back, I realize I've gone this far and I thank God for lessons learned. Patience, I realize, is an integral part of our faith in God because when we wait in patience for the fulfillment of His promises or answers to our prayers, we are exercising faith, and that pleases our Lord. God bless you today.
